Training Times

Wanstead Ju-Jitsu Club holds two classes that run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Junior classes (up to 16yrs) take place on Thursday at 6:30pm and last 1 hour
UPDATE: JUNIOR CLASS IS CLOSED FROM 4TH AUGUST 2011 AND RE-OPENS 8TH SEPTEMBER 2011.

Adult classes take place on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:45pm (prompt) and last 2 hours

Anyone is welcome to come down to watch however it is advisable to get in touch so that we know to expect you and can help answer any questions you may have.

If you like what you see and wish to give training a try then all that is required for your initial classes are loose fitting comfortable clothes. A T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms would be fine.

Your first lesson is FREE! - usually £6 per lesson.
